Redefine Barber & Beauty Academy will strive to be a customer service centered influential cosmetology and barber school which will make a tremendous impact on the lives of students in the Richmond Metropolitan area. The school will attract students and customers from every arena of community life. The success of the school will be directly related to its commitment to developing knowledgeable and skilled students by the fostering and building the belief that each student has a place in the professional hair care community. This specialized class will provide professional training and technical assistance to help asses’ business feasibility, commission, or wage options for transitioning students. In addition, this class will provide job skill training and job placement.
